Shoulder rehab. This exercise is great for stability through the grip, shoulders, lats and core. Take note that the kettle bells are bottom up - this is what really stresses the stability part of the exercise.
I started doing this as part of my rehab a few months ago, but with itty bitty weights and one arm at a time. It’s important to build up in something so as to avoid injury. You can see that it still makes me work for stability. Try it out and let me know what you guys think!
