My first workout in 5 weeks ? It may be teeny tiny in comparison to what I could do before my operation but DAMN it feels good! I’m slowly being able to bring more bodyweight exercises into my daily mobilising routine as my strength continues to build. I just need to ease myself in and ensure I don’t expend too much energy doing these when my body needs that energy to heal my wound ?? Here’s what I did: ➡️ 10 Reverse Lunges (per leg) ➡️ 10 Sumo Squats ➡️ 20 Crab Steps (using @gracefituk band) ➡️ 15 Hip Thrusts with Abduction ✅ The first time I did this I did one round and slowly over the past week I’ve built up to doing two rounds ? Fingers crossed I’ll soon be able to do three! I am also I allowed to use small 3kg weights so I have been doing upper body circuits too, which I can share with you.
