Pregnancy has made me SUPER feel super dehydrated. To combat this I have been having a lot of celery, watermelon and CUCUMBER 🍉🥒💧 All of which all have a high water content. I am also just generally trying to up my water intake. PLUS I have found infusing my water has not only helped HEAPS with hydration but also with digestion and keeping my skin FRESH. Lately I have been adding cucumber, mint and lime to my 1L water bottle of water. Remember! It's equally as important to stay hydrated in COOLER months too. www.kaylaitsines.com/app @monsflavors
