This is the first time I’ve ever finished BBG (absolutely huge for me) so this is a milestone 🙈

I’m feeling so much stronger - both physically AND mentally. My endurance has improved and I can do things I couldn’t for the life of me - do before (eg. push ups on my feet(!!!) 50 bloody jump lunges in a row 😭🤣-I used to struggle getting past 8 of those bad boys and any ab exercise without it straining my lower back...from having a weak core ) .
