Sunday 💪🏼 ALL UPPER BODY 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 1. Leaning Lateral Raise Pulse (make sure you do not lock out your elbow. Your wrist should also stay straight. Control the pulse.) 2. Upright Forward Press (again, you should not lock out your elbows. Keep your elbows slightly flared outward). 3. Pull Over Pulse (you should feel this in your back. Keep your arms frozen with a flight bend and rotate through your shoulders. If you find yourself straightening your elbows at the bottom you will feel this in your triceps instead.) 4. 2 Position Curl (keep your arm parallel to the ground. You can do this kneeling or standing). 3-4 rounds

@alexia_clark if you are going to hold such a low BF% and be so conditioned why not hop on stage for fun? Maybe document the process and show women how to prep in a healthy way and maintain balance?

When you do these doubles, like in the last video, how do you count the reps? Is each movement one rep, or do you only count it as a rep once you’ve completed both movements?
