😘😘TRX WORKOUT😘😘 You can STILL do this without a bosu ball and you should ALWAYS master your form on a flat surface before trying something on an unstable surface.
These exercises target core, arms, glutes and hamstrings! It’s a super fun challenge too!
Always remember to breath through your exercises!
