I just joined the #queenteam today and did my first workout! @emmarose25 I follow Alexia for a couple of years now, she has a lot of at homework outs that are amazing. I don’t get a lot of diet info from her insta but she does have meal plans available for her members for a monthly fee. Just thought I would share my secret weapon with you?
