10 minutes mobility/active stretching

30 high knee
20 side lunges
10 v-up
20 DB press
30 box jump

Feroce strength/ bodybuilding
3 sets
10 ½ bottom reps sissi squat
10 ½ top reps sissi squat
10 full reps sissi squat
*the key is to really squeeze your quads at the top extra hard

3 sets
30-60 sec one leg wall squat hold
30-60 sec one leg wall squat hold
30-60 sec L-sit or leg lift (sitting on the floor)
Rest 2 minutes between sets

4 sets
12 feet elevated squat
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets “
