Lower body with Minimal Equipment!
These at challenging “do anywhere” movements have made working out with a 3 month old at home doable! Here are some BOMB exercise combinations to add to your either at home workout routine and/OR take them to them gym!! TAG A FRIEND AND TRY THESE FOR YOURSELVES!

1️⃣ - Glute bridge combo 5 reps per movement (right, together, left) for a total of 30 reps combined x 3 rounds

2️⃣ - Sumo squats 1.5 reps - 10 reps total x 3 rounds
3️⃣ - Single leg RDL into RDL combo 20 rep count (10 reps each movement) x 3 rounds

4️⃣ - Kettle bell swings -15 reps x 3 rounds

5️⃣ - Double curtsy lunge into a regular lunge with dumbbell on shoulders or kettle bell at chest 15 rep count in total per side x 3 rounds
