ADVANCED ABS
It has taken me so long to build back up to ab workouts like these! This was always one of my favourite workouts from before I had Arna and I’m so glad I’m back and able to include them in my training again.
For the ladies wanting a challenge today, you don’t need any equipment, just put a towel down (or mat) on the ground and give it a go!
✅Leg Raise - 15 reps
✅Ab Bike - 50 reps (25 each side)
✅Alternating Sit-Up - 20 reps (10 each side)
✅90 Degree Sit-Up - 15 reps
✅Mountain Climber - 50 reps (25 each side)
✅Snap Jump - 20 reps
✅Side Crunch - 20 reps (10 each side)
