A super simple home circuit you can do to keep your upper body and core strong. Just grab a set of dumbbells (choose a weight which challenges you) and pop on your favourite playlist!
➡️ Alternating Batwing Rows
➡️ Half Kneeling Arnold Press
➡️ Russian Twist & Press
➡️ Plank Drags
Go for 1 minute of each exercise with 15 seconds rest between each one. Aim for a minimum of 3 rounds but I recommend 5 to really challenge yourself 💦
