CRAZY KITCHENさんのインスタグラム写真 - (CRAZY KITCHENInstagram)「. 「人生のレシピ」# 1 関根健次氏 /2020.2.24 《The English description is below》株式会社CRAZY KITCHENと株式会社心電が主催する、人生を味わうポップアップレストラン「人生のレシピ」。第1回目のゲストにユナイテッドピープル株式会社の関根健次さんをお呼びし、関根さんの人生を約1時間お話いただいた後、その人生を辿る4皿のコース料理をご提供させていただきました。ワイン商社を起業する予定だったところから、ガザ地区での少年との出会いが人生を変え、バングラデュッシュの映画を初めて放映したことから今の映画事業が生まれ、そしてこれからの夢について関根さんにお話いただきました。その後にご用意したお料理＆ドリンクは、どれも関根さんの人生を表現したものに。関根さんの手の写真のランチョンマットの上にお皿が置かれる仕組みや、人と人を結ぶ意味のある「水引」のコースターなども。　イスラエルの国旗の「青」とパレスチナの国旗に含まれる「赤」が混ざり合い、ひとつになると「紫」になる…というメッセージを水引コースターや、テーブルに飾られた両国の地域で咲いているアネモネの花も紫…という仕掛けにさせていただきました。 A pop-up restaurant “Life Recipes -Recipes your life is drawing-“ for enjoying life, created by CRAZY KITCHEN Co., Ltd. and Shinden Co., Ltd. We invited Mr.Kenji Sekine of United People Co., Ltd. as the first guest, talked about Mr.Sekine's life, and then offered four-course meals that trace his life. From the time he was planning to start a wine trading company, the encounter with a boy in the Gaza Strip changed his life, the first airing of a Bangladeshi movie started the current film business, and about his dream in the future, Mr.Sekine told us. The dishes and drinks prepared after that are all representative of Mr.Sekine's life. Mr. Sekine's hand is printed on the place mat, and the food is placed on it. And a "Mizu-hiki" coaster, which has the meaning of connecting people, creates a table. The Israeli flag "blue" and the Palestinian flag "red" are mixed together to become "purple" ... the "purple" color that represents the fusion, we also prepared the Mizu-hiki coaster and the anemone flowers on the table that are blooming in both countries in purple.
