Try this lower body banded workout!
1st circuit:
•15 RDLS
•10 one legged RDLS per side
•15 straight leg lift + curl per side
X3 with 45 seconds rest
2nd circuit:
•20 squats •15 stationary lunges per side •15 Lying leg ext per side
X3 with 45 seconds rest
3rd circuit:
•20 sumo squats
•Side lying inner thighs lifts •Kneeling jumping get ups
X3 with 45 seconds rest 👇🏼💥
