Some people like change, others may resist it, but ultimately it MUST happen to us all. We are here to learn, to grow and become “more” and that can only happen through experience, time and indeed change. So whilst we are part of this amazing journey in life, it’s important to recognise the things that can be changed versus what we cannot change - thereby making positive changes to our daily lives and letting go of the negativities that’s will only ever be negative towards us. Of course we will feel sentimental, torn between holding on or letting go or guilty for not trying harder - but ultimately what is bad for us will leave our lives and that space and time will be replaced by all that is good.
