This was the workout I forgot to post Monday! 8 exercises on repeat for 15 min.

Upper body lifts: 10.
Lower body lifts: 10.
Hollow ups: 10.
Boat hold to hollow hold: 10.
Alternating fingers to toes: 10.
Russian twists: 20.
Side plank scoops: 10.
Side plank kicks: 10.

Consistency is tough and I’m definitely feeling it this week with more on my plate. It’s those moments when I’m frustrated with myself, but try’s my to give myself grace instead. It’s still a weird time and we’re all just trying our best, right?! 🙃
