DO’s and DON’TS : BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT

3 THINGS YOU SHOULD REMEMBER WHEN DOING BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT

1. Push your hips back like you would when you sit down in a chair.

2. Keep the weight in the heel and ball of your foot. Not in your toes

3. Keep your chest up and shoulders back. Lead up with your chest.

Never forget that FORM is the MOST IMPORTANT thing! If you are doing an exercise incorrectly you could get hurt and if you are using your muscles incorrectly it can definitely slow you down from reaching your goals.
