🔥. CRAWL PIKE TRANSITIONS: 60 SECONDS. The beginner modification for this exercise would be holding a bear crawl position or a plank position. If you want some thing a little tougher than that try starting in a bear crawl position and stepping your hands back-and-forth into a plank position.

🔥🔥. PIKE TUCK HINGE: 60 SECONDS: To modify this exercise try holding the pike position or perform plank alternating knee tucks.

🔥🔥🔥. PIKE PRESS UP: 8–10 reps. The modification for this exercise would be a plank press up or a knee plank press up.

🔥🔥🔥🔥. FOREARM CRAWL WALK TO PLANK: 60 SECONDS. To modify this exercise walk from your plank position to a crawl position on your hands.
