Do you like full body exercises? What’s your favorite?!

This full body will rock your world 🌎 😎 hinges are so important to work into your workouts! ⚠️ it will improve your posture and strengthen your posterior chain. Think of hinging like folding paper not bending.

👑 HINGE LUNGE HIGH KNEE TWIST: 12 reps each side. If the high knee twist is too advanced practice the exercise without the high knee twist and try with just your bodyweight!

👑👑 HINGE SQUAT CURL: 15 Reps. If you have a hard time with holding the squat and performing your curl try performing the curl at top (standing position)

👑👑👑WIDE STANCE HINGE SIDE LUNGE: 10 Reps each side. Master this move with bodyweight only first. When you add weight make sure you are not locking your elbows.

👑👑👑👑 SPLIT HINGE PUNCH: 12 reps each side. Remember to keep your back flat. Use light weight and don’t lock your elbows.
