🖤 J Curl Tri: we get A little tricep action here! Keep your arms bent at a 90° angle and rotate from the skull crusher position to a chess press position. Make sure you keep your elbows pointed up and not outward.
🖤 Double Fly : this exercise will hit your lower and mid chest. You don’t want to use anything extremely heavy. Use a light to medium weight make sure you control the weight and do not let the weight force your arms down.
🖤 Renegade Mix : starting a plank position row twice on one arm perform a push-up with a pulse and then twice on the other arm. If you need to modify this push-up drop to your knees. Make sure you control the pulse and not let yourself bounce.
🖤 Row Bi Tri : biceps triceps and back on this exercise! Keep your back flat and hinge at your hips perform a row then transition into a tricep kickback release your arms back down and perform up and over curl.
