I live to optimize my sleep. I’ve spent years finding ways to hack it. For those who joined my recent Sleep Challenge, you know firsthand the amount of knowledge I shared about how to get good sleep.

During the pandemic lockdown, sleep was one of the things that went off the rails for many people. Even for the veteran endurance athlete and author @drgregwells. His hack? He and his entire family ditched their morning alarm.

Initially, he slept so much that it became clear how grueling his work and travel schedule had been. When his body finally found its rhythm, he found that he woke up earlier and felt better. Wild!
