I promise I asked her for it, but in classic Yiayia style she wouldn't give me the exact instructions for how to make it. 😂🇬🇷 ⁣ ⁣ My sister and I had a competition - her recipe - different houses .... and mine won haha (in my person opinion) Here it is 😁👌  ⁣⁣⁣ ➕ 1.5 cups warm water ⁣⁣⁣ ➕ 1/2 tsp dried yeast ⁣⁣⁣ ➕ 3 cups plain flour⁣ ➕ BIG pinch of salt flakes ⁣⁣⁣ ➕ Extra salt to sprinkle on top⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✅ Mix warm water with yeast until it dissolves. Add into the bowl with flour and salt, and mix well. ⁣⁣⁣ ✅ Lightly flour a bench and knead the bread until it forms a perfect ball. Place back into the bowl and cover with a tea towel. Leave to rise for 2-3 hours. ⁣⁣⁣ ✅ Pre-heat oven to 220° Celsius⁣.⁣ ✅ Remove from bowl, (sprinkle herbs over the top if you want), and then shape into a ball and place into an oven safe pot.
