Here are some modifications for this workout!
1. LUNGE JUMP CRUNCH: instead of the jump step into your reverse lunge. Stand into position and perform a standing crunch instead of a hinge crunch.
2. CRAWL ROTATION CRUNCH: drop to your knee and crunch with your knee on the ground.
3. SKATER HOP TWIST: take the lateral jump and vertical jump out of the skate. Instead take a lateral step and from the standing potion bring your knee up.
4. CRAWL CRUNCH TOUCH: boy oh boy this ones tough! Drop to your knees for each crunch and tap your knee instead of your toe!
