Are you a beginner?!

Here are some tips:

1. Keep your back and neck flat. Make sure you push your hips back and stay in your heels. If gripping the bar is tough try gripping with One hand over hand and one hand under hand

2. In a good morning you want to make sure you don’t use anything too heavy. This is a hand you’re not bending your back. Make sure you do not lock out your knees keep your core tight

3. Balancing a single leg stiff leg deadlifts is tough! If your having a hard time with valance you can always do this with both legs on the ground or try staring at one thing on the ground that’s not moving. Make sure in the row you’re pulling towards your belly button and keeping your elbows close to your body.

4. Overhead squats require a lot of shoulder mobility core strength and small stabilizer muscle strength. If you were a beginner separate this movement into a squat with a curl and a standing press. Comment below to let me know if you’d like some shoulder mobility exercises!
