Yesterday I asked you ladies who had done a workout, and who had skipped one. Then I asked if you didn't do a workout, WHY did you skip it?

These were the most common responses:

➖ I was so tired from work
➖ My kids were sick
➖ It was too cold outside
➖ I felt like I didn't have the energy
➖ I had to work late
➖ I couldn’t be bothered, I'll do it tomorrow

Ladies, I’m a mum, I’m very busy... I KNOW where you’re coming from. I understand that sometimes things come up in your life and you physically can't do your workout, and that is totally fine. But if you OFTEN miss your workouts because of one of these excuses, I want to give you some tips to help you change your mindset and get your workouts done:

➕ Think of your workouts as an opportunity to do something just for YOURSELF, to help you feel strong and confident.
➕ Think of your workouts as something you "just do" like washing your hair! Instead of "umming and ahhing" about getting them done, try and think of them as a non-negotiable part of your week.
➕ If you don’t have much time for your workout, or you are feeling too tired for a full workout, do a 13-minute express workout at home from BBG Zero Equipment.
➕ If you don't have access to any equipment or you can't get to the gym, you can do one of my BBG Zero Equipment workouts and train from the comfort of your own home.
➕ If you have to work late, plan to get up early the next morning and fit your workout in then.

Unless you are sick or you need rest, your workouts are going to make you feel so much better in the long run, so I recommending doing your best to fit them into your week! I know you can do it ladies. 💪
