Why do I weight train?

✅ To strengthen my legs. Yes, the solution to bad knees is not injection.

✅ To look good in any clothes, or without.

✅ So I can go to the loo unassisted when I reach my golden years. Have you heard of sarcopenia?

DL: Last week 77.5 x 1 RPE 8, this week 80 x 1 RPE 9
Squats: 45 x 1 RPE 8

Time to hit new limits and go back to @ultimateperformancesg
