Another Realistic What I Eat in a Day video! Every day looks different but I try to include mostly wholesome ingredients that create well balanced meals with healthy fats, fiber and protein to nourish my body!
Breakfast pre- workout: Chiaseed pudding with Blueberries & Almond Butter
Post Workout snack: Vanilla Protein Smoothie ( 1 frozen banana, 1 date, 1 scoop @ritual , pinch of cinnamon, ice cubes and 1 tsp almond butter)
Lunch: @siete almond flour wraps with 2 scrambled egg, roasted butternut squash, 1/2 avocado, micro greens and vegan cream cheese
Snack: @nowherebakery new Easter ABC cookie! These cookies are gluten, dairy and soy free and so delicious!
Drink: Sparkling water with Apple Ginger Juice from @littlewest
Dinner: I made dinner for max and myself - grilled chicken with fennel avocado salad, steamed broccoli and white rice.
+ lots of water!
