One time I was walking along a grassy knoll of a beautiful bed and breakfast property and out of nowhere the scent of my grandpa’s home wafted and stopped me in my tracks. It is uncanny when the linear bends and how our memory holds onto elements such as scent. I’m grateful the heart has the capacity to hold our loved ones no matter where they may be.
