My condo in Tulum is officially complete!!! What an interesting and exciting process this has been buying a property in another country (not that I have anything to compare it to), and as a pre-construction!

I also still can’t get over the fact that I was able to buy my dream apartment, in one of the most famous cities in the world, in cash with money I earned from the business I created out of traveling the world! And people think traveling makes you go broke…just remember this post!

I know not everyone can or wants to do what I do (travel blogger/influencer) but to be honest, it wasn’t WHAT I do that got me here! I was able to save up a ton of money simply just by not living in USA or other expensive countries! For years I’ve been nomadic and staying in countries that are drastically cheaper, therefore I have more to save! Anyone can do it if you can work remotely!

Anyway! Buying property in Mexico is easy. I did it through a team of lawyers and a bank trust. My building owner is also cool and very helpful, which is how I figured out the wifi, electric, etc.

Will have a full walkthrough soon, and FYI they’re building a second phase! Who wants to be my neighbor??? 😜

I plan to live here about 5-6 months per year depending on my work/travel schedule, so if anyone is interested in renting it (preferably long term) lmk. It comes with a beach cruiser and potentially a super cool motorbike 🛵
