What I Eat in a Day on day 10 of the @soulsyncbody Summer Challenge!

One of my goals is to introduce you to health, balanced and delicious meals that are easy to make at home. All of these recipes are available on the mealplan of the Summer Challenge!

Breakfast: Vanilla Date Protein Smoothie w/ banana & soaked oats + @ritual protein powder

Lunch: Fennel Salad with avocado and Salmon

Snack: Greek yoghurt + peanut butter & hempseed and nuts

Dinner: Kimchi Fried rice with Egg

Dessert: @hukitchen dark chocolate
