Banana Chocolate Pie
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
Chocolate, as needed
Frozen puff pastry, as needed
1 egg yolk
Chocolate sauce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel the bananas and scoop out some banana flesh.
2. Put some chocolate in (1).
3. Cut the frozen puff pastry sheet into strips and wrap around (2).
4. Place (3) on a baking tray and put some egg wash on top. Bake in the oven (200°C/ 392°F) for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with the chocolate sauce.
6. Enjoy!
