1️⃣LUNGE SUPERSET
Take 1 set to build in weight before starting, this should be heavy.
4 sets of:
💜8 step back lunges each leg (16 total reps) with 2 second negative
Directly into
💜0:30 jumping lunges
Rest 2:00 between sets

2️⃣“SORRY NOT SORRY”
Start with a light weight, you can always increase in sets 2 and 3.
3 sets of:
💜8 double contraction squats
directly into
💜5 repetitions tempo squat (3 sec down + 3 sec hold at the bottom)
directly into
💜Max piston squat (up and down fast without locking the knees at the top, stop when you slow down)
directly into
💜10 triple pulse lunges
Rest 3:00 between sets
3️⃣WEIGHTED CURTSEY LUNGE
3 sets:
💜3 times through right leg
5 slow repetitions (3sec down/ 3 sec up)
5 fast repetitions
into
💜3 times through left leg
5 slow repetitions (3sec down/ 3 sec up)
5 fast repetitions
= 1 set
Rest 1:00 between sets.
