4x Breakfast Ideas that I have been loving! My morning routine alternates between savory and sweet. Savory options keep me fueled with protein, fats, and fiber, ensuring I stay full longer. But then there are those days that I have more sweet cravings ! 😋

Here are 4 breakfast ideas I’ve been loving lately. Which one would you choose today?

🍓 Fall Breakfast Plate: Steamed Kabocha Squash, 1 fresh fig, salad mix, 1/2 avocado, @udisglutenfree bread, 2 farmers market eggs

🍓High Protein Blueberry Cheesecake: 1 egg, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, @ritual protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla ( find full recipe on my profile)

🍓 Vanilla Protein Smoothie ( post - workout): 1 banana, ice cubes, protein powder, cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp almond butter

🍓Protein Whip Bowl: ( pre-workout)- 1 scoop @ritual protein powder with greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp flax & hemp seed, frozen raspberry, almond butter.
