【炊飯器に全任せ♪】とろとろ豚の角煮🥡🥢Melty Tender Braised Pork Belly

とろっとろ濃厚❤️至福な味わいの豚の角煮🤤
お家で炊飯器で簡単に作れちゃうの、知ってた？😳
⚠️匂いが付いてしまうので、炊飯後は中蓋やスチームチャップ等も外して洗ってください🫡

■材料⠀
・豚バラブロック肉　300g⠀
・卵　2個⠀
・大根　4cm分⠀
・青ネギ　1本分⠀
・生姜スライス　1片分 ・水　300ml⠀
・醤油　大さじ3⠀
・砂糖　大さじ3⠀
・辛子　少々 ⠀

■作り方⠀
【事前準備】⠀
1)卵はよく洗っておく。⠀
2)大根は皮をむき、2cmの半月切りにする。⠀
3)今回は3合炊きの炊飯器を使用しています。さらに大きい炊飯器を使用する場合は水分量を増やしてください。（目安は具材がヒタヒタに浸かる程度）⠀

1. 豚バラブロック肉を2cm幅で切る。⠀
2. 温めたフライパンに入れ、全面に焼き色をつける。⠀
3. 炊飯器に豚肉、青ネギ、生姜、水を入れる。中心のお肉を除けてスペースを作り、深めの耐熱容器を入れて卵を入れ、蓋をして炊飯器のスイッチを入れる。（約1時間加熱）⠀
4. 炊飯が終わったら、やけどに注意して青ネギと生姜と耐熱容器を取り出し、卵の殻をむく。⠀
5. 卵を炊飯器に戻し、大根・醤油・砂糖も加えて一混ぜする。（水分が具材ヒタヒタの状態よりも少ない場合は少しだけ水分を増やしてください）再度、蓋をして炊飯器のスイッチを入れる。（約1時間加熱）⠀
6. 炊飯器から取り出し、お皿に盛り付けて、辛子を添える。⠀

⚠️ CAUTION: Remove and wash the inner lid and steam vent cap after cooking to avoid the smell sticking on the rice cooker.

Ingredients:
- Pork belly block: 300g
- Eggs: 2
- Daikon radish: 4cm piece
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Ginger slices: 1 piece
- Water: 300ml
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- A pinch of mustard

Steps:
1. Cut the pork belly block into 2cm-wide slices.
2. Place it in a heated frying pan and brown all sides.
3. In the rice cooker, add the pork, green onion, ginger, and water. Create space except in the center, place a deep, heatproof container, and add the eggs. Close the lid and start the rice cooker (approximately 1 hour of cooking time).
4. After cooking, carefully remove the green onion, ginger, and heatproof container, and peel the eggs.
5. Return the eggs to the rice cooker, add daikon, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well. If the mixture seems drier than when the ingredients were submerged, add a little more water. Close the lid again and start the rice cooker (approximately 1 hour of cooking time).
6. Remove from the rice cooker, plate it, and serve with a pinch of mustard.
