Recipe👇🏼
Ingredients:
- Fettuccine, of choice
- 1 cup raw cashews, boiled in water/broth and drained/rinsed
- 1 + 1/4 cup water or broth
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp tahini
- 3 tsp @nekohama matcha
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon, freshly juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
For garnish:
- 1 tbsp Almond Parmesan (50:50 raw almonds:nutritional yeast)
- Black sesame seeds
- Edible flowers

Instructions:
1. Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente. In a separate pot, boil the cashews for 20-25 minutes, until soft enough to squish a cashew with a spoon.
2. Combine all ingredients, minus the fettuccine, ingredients in a food processor, until creamy. Season to taste.
3. Fold the sauce into the pasta and top with almond parm, black sesame seeds & edible flowers. Enjoy!
