Pumpkin spice latte but make it matcha! Often lots of pumpkin spice lattes are filled with sugars and heavy creams. It’s easy to swap out a few ingredients to make it healthy and taste good.

This recipe is a delicious better-for-you drink with tons of benefits!

I am using @nekohama matcha. As you can see the color is so vibrant green because of the high quality leaf and its freshness. When matcha is high quality and fresh it contains tons of antioxidants that can help support your immunity!

Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
* 1/2 cup (~120 ml) warm plant based milk
* 1-2 tsp honey (or other sweetener of choice)
* 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice mix
* 2g Nekohama matcha + 50 ml water
Method:
1. In a small saucepan combine pumpkin puree and spices and toast for a couple of minutes over medium heat to release flavor.
2. Pour milk and mix. Once the mixture starts to simmer, remove from heat and froth.
3. Prepare a matcha shot.
4. To assemble the drink, pour matcha in a serving cup and top with milk and pumpkin mixture.
Enjoy with apple slices for an ultimate fall snack.
