Planted the 1,000th tree at the @amktowncouncil annual Tree Planting Day today! 🌳🌳🌳This was part of efforts across all seven divisions of AMKTC to increase green spaces and create a sustainable and enjoyable environment for residents.

Touring the exhibition booths, I learnt about the green initiatives by our community and partners, including a repair workshop, free market, and community fridge.

Singaporeans are adopting going green as a way of life. There is more to be done, but I laud the efforts of AMKTC and our residents. Kudos and keep up the good work! – LHL
