It was an extensive exercise, involving many sectors of society. Over 16 months, 200,000 Singaporeans came together to discuss issues ranging from ageing to environmental sustainability. Refreshing the ‘Singapore Dream’ needs a collective effort. Both individual and collective responsibility are essential to turn these aspirations into reality. I thank all Singaporeans who contributed their ideas, and the many Ministries and agencies involved in this shared effort. I firmly believe that the 4G team will adeptly lead the charge to materialise these aspirations, shaping a brighter, better and more inclusive Singapore for our future generations.
