Texas barbecue powerhouse Franklin Barbecue is collaborating with LA’s HomeState on a brisket breakfast taco from November 8 to 12. Dubbed the Franklin, expect chopped smoked brisket finished with garlic tallow and tucked in HomeState’s celebrated flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar, and chile de arbol salsa.
