Caesar salad is one of my favorite, but even though it's just a salad, it's packed with fats from creamy dressing and cheese, bad carbs from croutons made out of white bread. So even if you are eating salad doesn't really mean that you eat healthy
This is how I eat my Caesar salad:
☑️ Sub Caesar dressing with Balsamic Vinegar ( or any other non creamy dressing) ☑️ Sub croutons with cherry tomatoes ☑️ Add broccoli for some extra fiber source ☑️ Add grilled chicken or shrimp
I also added Pine nuts just because those are my favorite, cashews will fit well too. I kept Parmesan cheese, you have to have something left from original Caesar ?, plus it's one of my favorite cheeses
This version of Caesar Salad tastes delicious and absolutely healthy.
It is very easy and enjoyable to eat healthy, you just have to use your imagination a little ? Approved by #anyastar
