Hello Dubai. After over twenty of hours of travel a hot shower, clean skin and a cozy bed is very close to a religious experience. Can anyone relate? Last year I flew over 100,000 miles in service of yoga. This year starts off with 12,000 miles from Miami to Dubai ? This is my secret travel tip: don't eat too much over the long haul journey, drink water and stay hydrated, sleep or rest as much as you can even if it means frequent trips to the bathroom. Then get a good nights sleep (after posting arrival pic on IG) then practice and eat a good breakfast the next morning to set your body clock to the new time zone. #travelallthetime #yogaeverywhere #onebreathatatime
