Balancing school, training work and family ain't easy... I think what help me doing it is to have a strict schedule, have all my food prepared on Sunday night and to be okay with not getting it all done all the time... I used to get very anxious if I didn't study enough and now I just try to do the best I can understanding that I might not get A+ in everything... It feels better to forgive myself for not being the best at everything but rather putting priority in my busy life... It might be school for you or something else for me right now is chasing my fitness dream ? #workhard #beproud #balancing for those who might not know I am student in chemical engineering...
