Sweaty Saturday morning sesh ??? So I am one week into the #zvdchallenge to stay fit and healthy over the festive period. It is going super well so far! My diet has been on point with the help of @freshfitnessfood. I have to admit that I didn't train as much as I hoped this week due to my workload, but I have got in a few good heavy lifting sessions. I've been walking everywhere and adding in a HIIT finisher to a couple of my workouts, to help increase my energy expenditure. It's paying off as I am already starting to look leaner. Today I'm heading to Val D'Isere with @powder_white for 4 days of skiing. I won't be training out there but I will try my best to keep my diet in check! Follow my progress on snapchat: zanzapan ?
