Off to London to get my butt kicked all in the name of fitness. My neighbour decided to play loud music all night and keep me up and now I have my period and stomach cramps making me want to curl up into a ball and hide away, but I'm going to give it my best shot, go hard and then crawl home after. If we wait for the ideal time to do something then it will never get done, there are always obstacles in our path and there will always be delays if we allow them. So I'm manning up, shutting up and putting my best foot forward, after a nice stretch out of course.
