? Protein Birthday cake ?
Made with new Gold Standard Birthday cake flavor ? @optimumnutrition ?For 6 serving you will need
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 scoops Gold Standard Birthday cake flavor
1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
2/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbl spoon coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 packets stevia from
@devotionnutrition extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond milk
4 tbl spoons orange juice
2 tsp birthday cake sprinkles ?Beat eggs, egg whites, stevia and oil with electric mixer until fluffy for about 5 min, add the rest of ingredients and blend till smooth
Add sprinkles and bake for 35 min ☝️While cake is cooling off, make frosting:
1/2 scoop Try Celle vanilla casein ( ON)
2 tbl spoon natural coconut milk
1 packet stevia ?Mix for 5 min with electric mixer max speed and let in chill in a freezer for 10 min
Add sprinkles and apply frosting on the cake when chilled
