■材料
・バター（有塩）…60g
・卵白…1個
・粉糖…40g
・ジンジャエール…250CC
■手順
1. バターを室温に戻し、クリーム状になるまで木べらで混ぜる
2. 別のボウルに、卵白、粉糖(20g)を入れハンドミキサーで泡立て多少泡立ったら
残りの粉糖を入れ角が立つまで泡立てる
3. 2のボウルに1のバターを少しづつ入れ、切るようにゴムべらでよく混ぜていく
4. コップにジンジャーエールを入れ、3で作ったクリームを乗せれば完成です♪
