My Weakness ?? It's easy to always show to my best bits and highlights. But in reality, I'm not perfect! Sure I can deadlift 100kg and do chin ups... but I can't do press ups to save my life ? I've never really focused heavily on training chest. As a result I can do about 10 on my toes but they're not very deep. So, I'm putting time into developing the range of motion in my push ups. I do this using kettlebells and doing knee push ups. I focus on doing 8-10 reps with the biggest range of motion I can muster! Check out my painful facial expressions towards the end! ? Guys it is SO important to challenge yourself and take your body out of its comfort zone. If you find something difficult, work on it! It never gets easier, you just get stronger ?? P.s.
