Kettlebell Leg Workout ? If you're short on time this one piece of equipment circuit is for you! Just complete 40 seconds of each exercise (per leg when appropriate) with 10 seconds rest in-between. 90 seconds rest after the full circuit. Repeat 3-5 times ? ➡️ KB Swings - make sure you're hinging from the hips and NOT squatting down into the movement. Push forward with your glutes. ➡️ Reverse lunges - form two right angles with your knees and push up through the front heel. Stabilise the front knee and avoid it buckling inwards. ➡️ Staggered RDLs - hinge forward from the hips. The key thing here is engaging your core and avoiding anterior pelvic tilt.
