Sunday Morning HIIT ✅ This morning I smashed out a 30 minute HIIT session at @easygym ? I set a timer for 45 rounds of 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Then I just freestyled. I switched between cardio exercises (e.g. Burpees, mountain climbers, sprints, jumping lunges) and strength exercises (e.g. Push ups, walking lunges, rows, cleans). I used mostly my body weight but also incorporated a kettlebell ?? I was destroyed a few minutes in and by the end I was shaking and covered in sweat! Absolutely buzzing! ? Over the coming months I am travelling an awful lot so I'm going to be incorporating more and more body weight training so this was kinda like my practice session! ? And damn, it was awesome! There is no better feeling than pushing your body! ?? Wearing @adidasuk ?P.s. I feel so damn strong, fit, energised and healthy right now!
