I am so excited to share my first UK retreat which I would LOVE you to join me on ?? Full info and links to book on are in my bio but here’s the basic info: ➡️ June 8-10th at @brooksguesthouses, a beautiful classic country home in Herefordshire ➡️ Fun sweaty workouts & relaxing stretch sessions taught be me ➡️ Country walks and picnics ➡️ Digital detoxes on both evenings - “no phone zones” so we connect with each other ➡️ A cooking workshop and a meditation workshop ➡️ A movie night with popcorn, fluffy socks and maybe a little wine ?? ➡️ Access to sauna and pool facilities ➡️ A custom designed menu which caters to all dietary requirements ➡️ A small and intimate experience. The guest house has a large capacity but I’ve kept spaces limited so we can really get to know each other ☺️ The prices starts at £400 including accommodation, food, all activities and transfers from a nearby train station ?
