Full Body Weights Workout ??♀️ Today I taught the new @un1t_london strength class and it looked hella fun so I put myself through the session afterwards! ? Every exercise is 3 sets of 8-12 reps. The exercises are coupled into a compound lift and an accessory lift. Here’s what I did: ➡️ Barbell squats & Push Ups ➡️ DB row & tricep press ➡️ Hex deadlift & lateral raises ➡️ Bench press & bicep curls ➡️ Landmine deadlift & Plank (1 Min) ?
